The Little Flower College of Nursing Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is a statutory body established to address and resolve complaints and grievances of students, faculty and staff within the college.
The Internal Complaint Committee provides a safe and confidential platform for individuals to report concerns related to harassment (physical, mental), discrimination, bullying or other forms of misconduct. The committee ensures that all complaints are investigated promptly and fairly and that appropriate action is taken to prevent recurrence and promote a positive college environment.
