The Students Support Group Programme (SSGP) at Little Flower College of Nursing is a mentorship initiative designed to provide emotional, academic and personal support to students. Through SSGP, students are grouped into smaller units, each led by a faculty mentor who guides and supports them throughout their academic journey.
The program aims to foster a sense of belonging, promote teamwork and address student concerns, ultimately enhancing their overall college experience and academic success.
